The features of each plan are described on the pricing page. The Seller falls under the French VAT exemption for small businesses: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The prices shown are therefore the amounts paid, with no tax added, for Individuals and Businesses alike.
A subscription is valid only for the type of account to which it corresponds: an Individual plan cannot be taken out for professional use (article 4 of the Terms of Use).
3. Ordering
Online. From your account, you choose the plan and, for a Business, the number of seats. Before payment, a summary shows the plan, price, billing period and total; you can correct your choice. The order is concluded when you confirm payment by accepting these Terms of Sale; a confirmation is sent to you by e-mail, with these terms.
On request (Businesses). A Business may also order by e-mail, stating the plan, the number of seats, its company name, its intra-community VAT number and the e-mail address of the account to activate. The order is concluded upon written acceptance of the Seller's quote or invoice.
The plan's features are activated on the account as soon as payment is confirmed.
4. Payment and invoicing
Online payment is made by bank card via Stripe, a secure payment provider; the Seller never has access to your card data. The subscription is payable in advance, at the start of each period. An invoice is issued for each payment, with the statement "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI", and made available by e-mail and in your account (Subscription and invoices).
If a payment fails, further attempts are made over a few days and you are informed; failing regularization, paid features are suspended and the account returns to the Free plan (or free Pro for an Individual). Your documents remain on your device and are not affected.
Businesses: invoices on request are payable within 30 days. Any delay automatically gives rise to penalties at three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed recovery cost indemnity of €40 (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code). No discount is granted for early payment.
5. Term and renewal
The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. A Business changes its number of seats from its account (Account › Subscription and invoices): an increase is invoiced immediately, prorated for the current period; a decrease takes effect at the following period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, in a few clicks from your account (Account › Subscription and invoices, in the application) or by e-mail to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid monthly period: you keep access until that date, and no further charge is made. The period begun is not refunded, except where the right of withdrawal is exercised (article 7) or in the event of a breach by the Seller.
The Seller may terminate a subscription in the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use (article 16 of the Terms of Use). If the Seller stops selling a plan, it informs you at least 60 days in advance and refunds the unused part of a period already paid.
7. Right of withdrawal (Individuals)
An Individual has 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Since the subscription starts as soon as it is paid, you expressly request, when ordering, that it be performed before the end of this period. If you withdraw, you are refunded the amount paid, less an amount proportional to the period elapsed up to your withdrawal (article L221-25).
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] or by post to the Seller's address, for example using the form below. The refund is made within 14 days of your request, using the means of payment used for the order.
8. Warranties
The Individual benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for the entire duration of the subscription: in the event of a lack of conformity, they may obtain that it be brought into conformity, or failing that a price reduction or termination of the contract. The Seller provides the updates necessary to maintain conformity during this period.
For a Business, the service is provided with only the warranties and limits set out in articles 12 and 13 of the Terms of Use.
9. Price changes
The Seller may change its prices. A new price applies to a current subscription only from the period following at least 30 days' notice sent by e-mail; you may cancel free of charge before it takes effect.
10. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should be addressed to [email protected]. The Seller responds as quickly as possible.
If no solution is found within two months, an Individual may have recourse free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the Seller belongs (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The jurisdiction rules of article 18 of the Terms of Use apply. In the event of translation, the French version prevails.
12. Withdrawal form
Complete and return only if you wish to withdraw.
